Refund Policy

Online Donation Refund Policy

We are deeply grateful for the support of our supporters. We are capable of providing assistance to individuals who are compelled to evacuate their residences in search of safety, thanks to your assistance. In general, a donation to the APON FOUNDATION is non-refundable, as is the case with all charitable donations. Refund decisions will be made on each individual case following an analysis of the specific circumstances of the donation.

Donations and Refunds

APON FOUNDATION will grant a refund in the specified situations outlined below upon a valid request from the donor:

  • If APON Foundation made an error, we will reimburse your donation. 
  • If the donation was made unintentionally, such as in a scenario where a donation was made using a stolen or misplaced card, we will provide a refund for your donation; on the basis of necessary document submission.
  • If you have mistakenly entered an incorrect amount, we will consider your refund request on the basis of your proper documentation.
  • If you have mistakenly set up a recurring monthly donation instead of making a one-time donation, we will accept your refund request.
  • We may provide a refund in other comparable extraordinary situations.

Refund Terms and Conditions

If you would like to receive a refund for your donation to APON FOUNDATION, please send an email to “[email protected]” within 30 days of making the donation. Make sure to include all the required evidence along with your refund request. APON FOUNDATION cannot provide refunds for donations made more than 30 days ago, since these funds are promptly allocated to our emergency response operations.

APON Foundation is only able to provide a refund to the original card or account that was used to make the donation. This encompasses all forms of payment, including credit and debit card transactions, PayPal, direct debit, and any other payment methods presently offered on our website.

Requesting a Refund

If you wish to request a refund; please provide below information while you email to APON Foundation: 

  • your full name, 
  • the email address provided when making the donation, 
  • your country of residence
  • your phone number,
  • date on which the donation was made,
  • the amount of the relevant donation
  • payment method, and
  • all relevant circumstances justifying your request. 

Upon receiving your request, we will carefully assess it and make every effort to provide a response within a maximum of two business days. Upon approval of the request, we will promptly initiate the refund process. Kindly be aware that the process of refunding may require a time frame of 10-14 business days before the funds are credited to your account.
