In February 2024, we undertook the profound responsibility of rescuing ten children who had fled from harrowing circumstances. These young souls faced severe mistreatment, with over 70% escaping their schools to avoid abuse by their teachers—a grave betrayal by those entrusted with their care and education. Another 20% endured harsh treatment from step-parents and grandparents, who should have provided love and protection. The remaining 10% were too young and vulnerable to navigate the world on their own.
The children were found at the Airport Police Station, Kafrul Police Station, and Kamlapur Police Station, each location bearing witness to their desperate cries for help. In every rescue operation, we collaborate closely with local authorities to ensure these children are registered as missing in the official database and to secure the necessary legal assistance to safeguard their rights. Our compassionate social workers stand ready to offer unwavering support and care to these innocent victims who had no choice but to flee from vicious abuse.
Before reuniting them with their families, we take extensive measures to educate the guardians on proper care, emphasizing the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment. Our commitment extends beyond the initial rescue; we are devoted to ensuring the long-term safety and well-being of these children. To this end, we conduct follow-ups every six months, diligently monitoring their progress to ensure they are secure and thriving in their homes.
Our mission is to provide these children with the protection, care, and love they so desperately need and deserve. We strive to aid in their healing and support them in moving forward towards brighter, more hopeful futures.
